´Elan Vital

Friends, I’ve just released my newest album, Élan Vital – and its now available to stream everywhere.

A few years ago, my friend, Moriah introduced me to the term, Élan Vital. It means, “the vital force or impulse of life especially.”

As I’ve been making music for the last couple of years, this term has been the running theme. I’ve had lots of spiritual questions on my mind as I experience my life.

I’ve opened up to ideas that used to make me uncomfortable: that I possess a shadow that I must confront. That growth comes from a place of discomfort. That Karma simply means that I am what I do.

This new album is a narrative of incorporating these new ideas in everyday life, while finding meaning and fulfillment in the journey. I hope that some of the themes are relatable to anyone that listens.
